Terms and Conditions

This Referral Program (the “Program”) is open only to individuals located in the United States. The Referral Program Terms outlined here are in addition to any agreements between you and CTD, Inc. (“Cheaper Than Dirt”) including our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which you agreed to when you signed up for an account. These agreements are incorporated by reference and shall apply to your participation in the Referral Program. 

By participating in the Referral Program, you (“You” or “Referrer”) may use a personalized link to share with your friends (“Referred Customers”) an online coupon code they can redeem for $15 off their first merchandise order from CheaperThanDirt.com totaling $100 or more before taxes and shipping (“Referral Code”).

Subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), when your Referred Customer uses your active personalized link to make his or her first merchandise purchase from Cheaper Than Dirt’s website in a single order totaling $100 or more before taxes and shipping (a “Qualifying Purchase”), you will earn 250 loyalty rewards points, which may be redeemed for $15 off a future order (the “Reward Points”). Reward Points should automatically display in your Cheaper Than Dirt Rewards Wallet within 72 hours after completion of a Qualifying Purchase. 

You may earn Reward Points only one (1) time per Referred Customer, regardless of the number of purchases that your Referred Customer makes. To receive multiple Reward Points, you must introduce multiple Referred Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase using your active personalized referral link. You cannot refer yourself to earn Referral Points and purchases by Referred Customers who share your email address, billing address or shipping information will not qualify for Referral Points. When sharing Referral Codes, you agree that you will always tell your Referred Customers that you will receive a reward from Cheaper Than Dirt if they make their first Qualifying Purchase using your link.

LIMITS ON USE OF REFERRAL CODES AND REWARD POINTS

Referral Codes shared by Referrers cannot be combined by Referred Customers and a Referral Code can only be used for an individual’s first purchase from Cheaper Than Dirt.

Reward Points may be stacked with other Loyalty promotions as per the terms of the Cheaper Than Dirt Rewards Program. Both Referral Codes and Reward Points can only be redeemed for merchandise orders placed online at www.cheaperthandirt.com. Referral Codes and Rewards Points are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for gift cards, cash or any cash equivalent.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility to participate in the Program is limited to individuals only. Cheaper Than Dirt’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses or for affiliate lead generation or similar purposes, as determined in Cheaper Than Dirt’s sole discretion. The use of multiple accounts, email addresses, online identities or aliases to circumvent the eligibility requirements and/or other limitations of these Terms is prohibited and may result in exclusion from the Program and the cancellation of all related rewards.

NO SPAM OR POSTING ON COUPON SITES

You should only share your personalized referral link with your personal connections and you may not post or promote your referral link on Cheaper Than Dirt’s social media pages or on coupon sites or other websites created to take advantage of referral traffic generated from individuals searching for coupons or other discount codes, as determined by Cheaper Than Dirt. You must also comply with all laws governing the transmission of email or other electronic communications. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited. Cheaper Than Dirt reserves the right to deactivate any referral links distributed through unauthorized channels and to revoke all related Referral Codes and Reward Points.

RIGHT TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS

Cheaper Than Dirt reserves the right to close your account and deactivate or cancel all related links and Reward Points and Referral Codes if Cheaper Than Dirt suspects that you (or any Referred Customer you refer to Cheaper Than Dirt) has used or attempted to use the Program in a fraudulent or abusive manner or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAM AND CHANGE TERMS

This Referral Program and these Terms are subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion. If we terminate the Program, all unused Referral Codes and Reward Points will be revoked and forfeited at that time.
